I work to a tempo I hear, a beat that I discovered a long time ago as a child.  It allows me to concentrate on what I’m doing.  Ultimately time dissolves.

I take small items and assemble them in great numbers – items that are broken and discarded – moving them, getting a pattern going.  In all objects there is a sacred base energy that unifies the single into the whole.  Deep currents of energy can be found by moving or wrapping or pricking individual objects.
